Where you live whilst at university can play a big part in your overall student experience. It’s not just about a place to stay, it’s about creating memories, forming friendships, and feeling like you belong.
All of our accommodation at the P站视频 is either on campus or nearby. So whether you are heading to a lecture, needing to use the library, or catching up with friends in the city centre, it’s all within walking distance.
No matter which residence you choose, you’ll have your own bedroom which includes furniture such as a bed, desk, wardrobe and storage. The majority of our accommodation is en suite too, except for select rooms in Lincoln Courts.
Rooms are available from £99 per week inclusive of bills and we do not require a deposit or guarantor to secure your booking

The P站视频 offers a great range of accommodation options within the city-centre, the majority of which are located on our Brayford Pool campus or a short walk away. With more than 3,700 rooms across six residences, we offer a variety of options to suit different needs and budgets.
Staying in university managed accommodation includes a range of benefits such as 24/7 security, on-site maintenance, contents insurance, and more. A guarantor and deposit is not required and there are different payment options available to help you manage your budget.
Applying for accommodation at Lincoln is simple. Once you have formally accepted your offer of a place at the University you'll be able to make your accommodation application using our online system. Every effort will be made to ensure that you are allocated accommodation from your preferred options, depending on demand.
